So, the funniest thing happened yesterday. I went to pick the kids up from school (we do a car pool with the neighbors and I do pick-up duty). Ivie and her friend Gracie come running out with big smiles on their faces. Gracie says, "Sarah, Ivie's in love." Of course Ivie responds, "No I'm not Mom, this boy is in love with me." She proceeds to show me this darling card that this boy made her, plus a store bought card, and a cute little boy box of chocolates. I thought it was so sweet. We were laughing so hard. Then when we got in the car, Ivie starts to tell me that the previous day the same boy told her that he had $40 and that his mom said he could take her to dinner. He told her that she could choose whereever she wanted to go.
Anyway the whole thing made me laugh, it made my day. Ivie is such a sweet girl. I am so grateful for her, she a big helper. The only bad thing was that then she had to tell her dad about it and he did not like it at all!

That is so cute! You better keep an eye on that one, especially if this is happening at such a young age! Better make sure Travis doesn't buy any guns! JK!

That's so funny! I'm not suprised the boys are chasing her she is such a cutie.
You and Travis are in so much trouble! It's a good thing that Travis has plenty of baseball bats around the house to fight off all of the seven year old boys! :)
